In the entertainment world, agents work with their clients to achieve their goals and propel their careers to greatness. In sports, teams have coaches for offense, defense and more. Business leaders hire a professional coach to help guide them towards achieving their next personal and professional goal.

The foundation of a good coaching relationship is focusing on the client’s personal and professional needs and objectives, creating plans, and implementing strategies. The Personal Communication Styles Inventory (PCSI) provides a better understanding of how you want to give and receive feedback and advice. By taking the PCSI and working with me, you will expand your understanding of your and other’s communication styles and reduce simple miscommunication by learning how to translate your message to all audiences.

DISC (Dominance, Influence, Compliance, Steadiness)

By taking the DISC assessment and working with me, you will learn how to communicate in a way that is comfortable for the person with whom you are speaking. When you communicate according to a person’s style, you open the doors of communication there by strengthening that relationship each time.

Legacy Leadership® Competency Inventory™

The Legacy Leadership® Competency Inventory™ (LLCI) may be utilized as a self-inventory or a multi-rater assessment to compare your current performance against what is expected in specific areas of leadership. By taking the LLCI™ and working with me, we will be able to bridge your performance gap, stop doing the non-value added tasks and build upon your strong competency areas.

PIA&V (Personal Interest, Attitudes and Values)
